How many tickets can I link to my app? We have a HUGE crew going in a couple weeks. Also how many apps/phones can tickets be shared on?

Hello, Misty! Thanks for stopping by the Disney Parks Moms Panel and asking your question!

It's always so fun to travel with a large group to the Disneyland Resort! All the joy and excitement is multiplied which makes for truly magical memories. I haven't experienced or read if there is a maximum amount of tickets that can be linked to one Disneyland app and the Cast Member I chatted with was also unaware of any limit. I do know that ideally the app and Disney MaxPass tend to work better for parties of eight or less, but you can certainly manage larger groups if needed. So, I would try to link all the tickets to your app now if all the tickets have been purchased. This way, you will know ahead of time if you will run into any errors when trying to use the app at the parks.

Furthermore, I don't think there is a limit to how many apps your ticket can be linked to. I would suggest, however, that you designate two or three people in your group to manage the tickets and FASTPASSES via MaxPass. Then you won't run into any errors if multiple people are trying to select FASTPASSES for whole group at once.

When redeeming FASTPASSES with Disney MaxPass for a large group, it will probably be best if everyone scans their theme park tickets at the touch points or their own individual apps rather than having one person scan through a multitude of FASTPASSES from their app. I'm sure that after a few hours, your group will find their groove with managing all the tickets and FASTPASSES and you will have a grand time at the Happiest Place on Earth!
