Hey there! Hi there, Whitney! I am so glad to welcome you to planDisney.
Oh boy! Oh boy! The thought of having tickets ready to take you to
Walt Disney World Resort has my heart doing a happy dance. Let's talk about all the places to look and see if you have some magic already awaiting you.
You can find all tickets assigned to your
MyDisney account online and on the
My Disney Experience app.
To check on a web browser, go to
My Plans and scroll to "My Plans, Reservations and Tickets." Click on the "Tickets, Passes & Memory Maker" tab. Here, you can see all the tickets and passes, like Annual Passes, that belong to you or anyone with whom you are connected as
Family & Friends.
On the app, open the main menu (the "≡" at the bottom of the screen) and select the "My Tickets & Passes" tile. Then, scroll right to left to view your tickets and those of your family and friends.
If you believe you have tickets that are not shown here, you can call the
Existing Tickets contact line for assistance.
Now, if you have older tickets or passes, you may need to make
theme park reservations. The easiest way to tell is to log into your account and
follow the prompts to make a reservation. Select "Make a Park Reservation" for "Guests with Tickets or Passes." On the screen that appears, you will see the people in your Family & Friends list who have tickets, and you will select the ticket you want to use with the theme park reservation. If your ticket does not need one, it will be listed under "No Reservations Required."
My fingers are crossed that you have a little Pixie Dust in your account. I can only imagine the delight that would bring.
If you have any other questions as you plan a trip to the Most Magical Place on Earth, come see us again at
