We have tickets left over from trips in 1992 and 2004. We are planning to do a family trip in 2022 so wanted to find out if there is any value left in these tickets.

    Hey there, Nancy!

Welcome to planDisney. Thanks for stopping by with your great question about determining the value and/or days left on your older Walt Disney World Resort theme park tickets.

Nancy, there are several ways of checking how many days are left on older theme park tickets. If you prefer to check in person, you can do so at any of the following locations:

    - Ticket windows at Walt Disney World Resort theme parks and water parks
    - Concierge desks at Disney Resorts Collection hotels
    - Guest Relations location at Disney Springs

If you wish to check from home, please send an email to ticket.usage@disneyworld.com and include the following information:

    - Photograph or scan of the front and back of each ticket
    - Your full name
    - Where and when the ticket was purchased
    - Purchaser’s name and form of payment
    - Phone number where you can be reached during the day

Please keep in mind that it can take up to 14 days for you to receive a reply, especially during the phased reopening of Walt Disney World Resort.

I hope this helps you! If you have any other questions, please visit planDisney again. We are always hEAR for you, Nancy.

Wishing you a Practically Perfect Vacation,

    Priscila
