Hi there Dachelle, and welcome to
planDisney!
You must be so excited that your visit to the Most Magical Place on Earth is only a few weeks away. Walt Disney World is the perfect place for conventionEARs, and I'm glad you'll have time to enjoy the theme parks while you're in the area.
Just last month, I was making
Disney Park Pass reservations for a last-minute trip, and I experienced what you are describing. I noticed that sometimes I had to refresh my screen when completing the final step of making a Disney Park Pass before I had success. The good news is, I checked the
Availability Calendar for you, and I am also seeing that Disney's Hollywood Studios is currently accepting reservations for your preferred date. My advice is to try one more time, and if you get to the screen where you select a theme park and
Disney's Hollywood Studios does not appear, try refreshing. I had to do this several times until everything worked out.
If you continue to encounter problems, try
calling (407) 939-4357 to see if a Cast Member can assist you. Because availability is constantly changing as Guests make new plans, there is always the possibility that the park will fill up; if this is the case, as long as your tickets include the
Park Hopper® option, you are welcome to visit after 2:00 PM without a reservation.
I hope this is helpful, Dachelle! Before you blast off to infinity and beyond, be sure to have the latest version of
My Disney Experience downloaded to your mobile device. You'll need this to monitor wait times, view your plans, and order tasty treats from
Woody's Lunch Box. The Lunch Box Tarts are one of my favorite Disney snacks! Thanks again for coming to see us at planDisney, and have a magical day.
