Hi Fara!
Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.
While I would not like you to have to cancel either of these reservations, I honestly do not think you have enough time to enjoy both. Let's talk through the timings, and see if we can work something out for you.
Jingle Bell, Jingle BAM! Holiday Dessert Party is at a set time and cannot be moved. It is also suggested that check-in for this event begins 15 minutes earlier at 8.15pm. I would always allow at least an hour for a Table-Service meal, and it is recommended to allow 60-90 minutes travelling time between a Disney Resort hotel and a theme park. Even with the quickest travelling time, it would be very tight. It could be done, but I would not risk it, especially at such a busy time of the year. I recommend that you continue checking for different dining options, either at the same restaurant -
Flying Fish, on Disney's BoardWalk - or another option at
Disney's Hollywood Studios. Cancellations do occur, especially closer to the date, as Guests often change their plans when they have arrived on vacation. If you can secure something for an hour earlier, that would make your evening a little easier!
Your options of travelling between Disney's BoardWalk and Disney's Hollywood Studios include the new
Disney Skyliner - the nearest station is a short walk away, at the International Gateway entrance to Epcot. Alternatively, for the quickest transfer I recommend using the
Disney Minnie Van Service. Driven by knowledgeable and friendly Disney Cast Members, these vans can be ordered by using the Lyft app on your smartphone, where you can also see the cost of using this service, and make your payment. These vans can accommodate up to 6 Guests (including 2 child seats if required). You can also order regular Lyft vehicles by using the same app.
Please come back and visit us if you have any further questions. We would be happy to help you plan your magical vacation to Walt Disney World Resort.
