Hi , I have 6 tickets that I’m trying to link but it’s only let me do four of them the other two keeps saying that the codes aren’t Recognised. Can you help me with this please as we would like to get our park days booked . Thanks Danny

    Hi Danny,

Welcome to planDisney and thank you for the question!

When is the last time you signed out of your My Disney Experience account? Like us on vacation, sometimes our phones and computers need a quick refresh. After signing out and signing back into My Disney Experience, I suggest you try adding your remaining Theme Park tickets online. On the Walt Disney World Resort website within the My Disney Experience tab, you'll want to select your plans or itinerary, then link your remaining tickets. In my experience, sometimes it’s easier to link multiple tickets on the Walt Disney World Resort website because you can see everything on a bigger screen and you can toggle between your email confirmation and the Walt Disney World Resort website. When linking your remaining tickets, I also suggest you link one ticket at a time.

If the above doesn’t solve the issues, you can reach out to the Disney Experts at the Walt Disney Travel Company. You should be able to share your Theme Park ticket ID numbers and ask for help with linking them. Another helpful option is to use the “Chat With Us” feature in the My Disney Experience mobile app. In the lower right-hand corner of the app select the three horizontal lines, then scroll down to the box that says “Chat With Us". There you can share what’s been going on with the Cast Member and discuss a solution.

Once the Theme Park tickets are linked, be sure to book your Disney Park Pass reservations next. Currently, guests need both valid Theme Park admission and a Disney Park Pass for every day they go to the Theme Parks. You can also view the Theme Park Reservation calendar to see what Theme Parks are available during your stay in March.

I hope this “Bit By Bryanna” is useful as you continue planning your Walt Disney World Resort vacation. If you have further vacation questions, feel free to reach out, I’m always happy to help!
