Hi, there!
Lauren, I'm so excited to hear you're planning a Walt Disney World Resort vacation. Your January visit will be here before you know it!
I attended
Disney After Hours at Magic Kingdom Park about a year ago, and I had the very best time. With little to no wait time for popular attractions
and complimentary snacks and beverages, what's not to love? I especially enjoyed just walking through, what felt like, a nearly empty park. It was magical!
Booking two
Disney After Hours events for your upcoming stay is an awesome way to sprinkle some extra pixie-dust on your vacation. Guests with tickets for Disney After Hours may enter the park hosting the event as early as 7:00 PM. Upon entrance, event Guests are given a special wristband. If you'll be entering the park with regular admission earlier in the day, you'll need to collect your special wristband to stay in the park after regular closing hours. Beginning at 7:00 PM, you can return to the park entrance to have your
MagicBand scanned for your Disney After Hours ticket so that you can get your wristband. You may even see Cast Members handing out wristbands at other locations in the park, which will spare you the walk to the entrance! Just keep an eye out for Disney After Hours signage.
Did you know that
Disney PhotoPass Service is available at the Disney After Hours events? If you've purchased
Memory Maker, all your Disney PhotoPass photos from your Disney After Hours events will be linked to your
My Disney Experience account. A Disney After Hours event is the best time to get a great shot in front of an iconic landmark like Cinderella Castle!
Thanks for stopping by the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Lauren. Please visit us again soon with any new questions you may have about your
Walt Disney World Resort vacation!
