I have tickets, hotel room and park reservations all set for September 2023. I am an adult traveling alone. Will I still be able to get into Hollywood Studios on Sunday if I don't have a child with me?

    Hi there, Kate.

Walt Disney himself once said that laughter is timeless and imagination has no age. That’s what makes Walt Disney World Resort so special - it’s a place for both the young and the young at heart. So, yes, you are absolutely welcome to visit the theme parks flying solo without kids in tow during your upcoming vacation. I was able to experience a few solo days at The Most Magical Place on Earth two summers ago, and those were some of the most incredible days I’ve ever had in the parks. I’m excited for you to experience this for yourself!

Disney’s Hollywood Studios has many of the most popular, thrill-seeking attractions on property, so I suggest you consider purchasing Disney Genie+ service for your day there. This will allow you to hit as many of these attractions as possible by utilizing the Lightning Lane entrances, while still allotting plenty of time to meander through Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge or Toy Story Land to admire the scenery. BaseLine Tap House is a great place to take a break from the crowds for a bit. Their California Cheese and Charcuterie Plate is a tasty snack, and they have a wide selection of craft beers, wine, and spirits to choose from. The Grown-Up's Lemonade and Lunch Box Tarts at Woody’s Lunch Box are also delicious treats, so try them if you can.

Kate, the magic of Walt Disney World is real and waiting for you, and I just know you will have the trip of a lifetime! If you think of anything else we can help you with, please stop back by.

Reach out and find your happily ever after,
