I have tickets for Hollywood Studios after hours event. Can you go to another park prior to checking in at HS at 7:00 for the party? I do not have park hopper tickets.

Hello, Jennifer and welcome to Star Command! ER- Oops! I mean, welcome to planDisney where we are happy to help guests and Space Rangers alike!

Jennifer, Disney After Hours is one of my favorite "extra" offerings and I'm so happy to chat with you about this. In fact, my husband and I have our tickets to the event at EPCOT this summer and I'm already counting down the days.

Now, let's chat about your Disney day before the event. Disney After Hours is a truly stand-alone event, meaning any standard park tickets you have for the daytime are separate. So, for example, if you have a standard ticket (without the park hopper option) for that day, you could choose to spend the day at Magic Kingdom Park (don't forget your Disney Park Pass reservations) and then head over to Disney's Hollywood Studios at 7:00 PM for Disney After Hours. As the Disney After Hours event lasts until 12:30 or 1:00 AM (based on your date), some guests even choose to forgo a park ticket and lounge by the pool in preparation for a late night.

Jennifer, I hope this helps as you're looking ahead to all the fun that awaits you in Andy's backyard (and all throughout Disney's Hollywood Studios). If you have any additional questions, please come on back to planDisney.

    To Infinity and Beyond!
