I'm so sorry you're having trouble making changes to your vacation plans. Let's see if we can get everything back on track so you can still have a Walt Disney World Resort adventure that's as magical as can be!
The Disney elves at Guest Relations have been really busy this holiday season, so unfortunately, that means long waits on hold for those of us trying to get through with a question. But the good news is that you should be able to make the change yourself right in your
My Disney Experience account! Just head over to the
Walt Disney World home page and click on "Sign In or Create Account" to log in. Then, follow these steps:
- Click on the "My Disney Experience" logo in the menu bar.
- On the next page, scroll down to "My Plans, Reservations and Tickets."
- Click on the "Tickets & Memory Maker" tab in that section.
You should see a prompt next to each ticket listed allowing you to change or modify it. Click there and follow the directions to select a new start date for your tickets, and that should do it!
One more quick thing: Once you've changed the dates on your tickets, don't forget that you'll also need to make new
Disney Park Pass theme park reservations. Your existing reservations
won't transfer with the new ticket dates, so this is going to be an important step.
If you're unable to make the change online, you'll want to go ahead and try to
speak to a Cast Member. But I have my fingers crossed that this method works and you won't have to spend any more time on hold!
