planDisney to the rescue! I am sorry to hEAR that you are having trouble making Disney Park Pass system reservations. We need to help you get those park pass reservations made!
First, make sure you have a
My Disney Experience account and that you have
linked your tickets to that account before trying to make park pass reservations. You can either make park pass reservations using the
My Disney Experience Mobile App or the web-based platform. Using the mobile app, click on the plus sign at the bottom of the screen and then click on Make a Park Pass Reservation. From there, follow the prompts. From your laptop or computer, go to My Disney Experience and then click on
Disney Park Pass System. From there, select Theme Park Tickets underneath Make a Park Reservation. Then, make your selections accordingly.
Remember to check the
theme park reservation availability calendar to make sure there are park pass reservations available for the dates of your visit. Today, I was working on park pass reservations for our December trip. We decided to change a few of them. I was able to modify one from my laptop. For others, I had to cancel and then book new ones. So, if you make park pass reservations and then decide to change, know that you may have to cancel existing ones first before making new ones.
Angela, if the problem persists, you may need to
contact a Cast Member by phone. Twice I've had to get help making park pass reservations because, for some inexplicable reason, I was unable to make them online. A Cast Member had to make them for me. Sending you a little extra park pass reservation pixie dust trusting you will get the issue resolved!
