    We have tickets we haven’t used because the park closed before we could get there How long will these tickets be good for or can I get a refund since it may be difficult to reschedule for everyone When do you expect the park to open?

    It sounds like you’re ready for a trip to the Happiest Place on Earth. Like you, I’m so ready to get back to the Magic! I wish I could tell you when Disneyland Park and Disney California Adventure Park are going to reopen, but at this time the Disneyland Resort is still waiting for guidance for a safe and efficient reopening. The governor recently met with California theme parks and said we should be getting some news very soon. To be the first person to hear about the theme park openings, stay in touch with the Disney Parks Blog! While you're there, make sure to check out the Disney costume inspirations!

    Without actually being able to see your tickets, it's hard to know when they expire. I would first start by seeing if they are any of these tickets on this list. If you have a physical ticket you can check that or if you have an electronic ticket you can always check your confirmation email. If all of these fail, the amazing Cast Members over at ticket services can tell you exactly when your tickets expire.
