    I have tickets to the Halloween party and thinking we'd spend that day doing non park things like the pool ,etc - just want to verify that those event tickets are all we need to get into the MK and don't need to use one of our park admissions for that? Thx

    Hi Tara,

    Sounds like you have an excellent plan for the day you'll spend enjoying Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party.  As long as you don't arrive before 4 pm at the Magic Kingdom, you will not need to use a day from your theme park tickets to enter the parks.  You'll only need your Halloween party tickets. (If you don't have them already, you may need photo ID and the credit card with which you purchased your tickets to pick them up.  If you are a Disney Vacation Club who purchased discounted tickets, you'll need your DVC card too.)  Be sure to ask a Cast Member for a wristband as you're entering the Magic Kingdom.  That wristband verifies to all in the park that you are there for the evening's Halloween fun.

    I attended my first Halloween party at Walt Disney World last year and it was incredible fun.  I hope you enjoy the experience as much as I did.  Be sure to make time to enjoy the amazing fireworks display!
