I have tickets through a group agent for the week after next. I am supposed to link my tickets and am not seeing how to do that. Can you guide me through it please?

Hi there, Troy! You're as welcome as can be here at planDisney!

I'm happy to help you get those tickets linked for your Walt Disney World Resort vacation. After all, we mustn't let you be late for this very important date!

Linking your tickets is a piece of cake...or should I say Mickey waffle? First things first - if you don't already have one, you'll need to create a free My Disney Experience account. Hop over to the My Disney Experience page on the Walt Disney World website to get the scoop on how to do that. Once you have your account set up, we're going to visit the "Link Your Reservations and Purchases" page. Select "Tickets," then enter the number from your ticket or email confirmation in the ID Number field. If you're having trouble locating it, there are several samples on the right side of the page you can scroll through that should help you find it. After that, continue following the prompts and confirm. And that's it - your ticket is all linked up!

Troy, if you're unable to link your ticket for any reason, feel free to call Guest Relations at the number listed under "My Disney Experience and MagicBands" on the phone directory and a Cast Member will be happy to step through it with you.

I hope this helps you get all of your plans together for your vacation, Troy. It won't be long now until you're right in the middle of the magic! Have fun, and please come see us again if you have any more questions!

    Keep Disney Dreaming,

Meet the Panelist: Kathy, Florida

I've lived my whole life just an hour's drive from Walt Disney World, so I've been a regular visitor for as long as I can remember. Even after all these years and so many visits, I love that there's still so much to discover! Now that I'm a mom myself, seeing my favorite place through my son's eyes has given me a whole new perspective that I enjoy sharing with other parents of young children. Learn More About Kathy
