Welcome home, Alexander! Thanks for swinging by planDisney with your question. That sounds like the most magical gift of all, tickets to visit the
Happiest Place on Earth.
Although you probably tried this, let’s go through the steps to link a ticket, and if that still doesn’t work for you, we will go to plan B!
Tickets can be linked within your Disneyland account either on the website or through the
Disneyland mobile app. I find the app very easy to use when linking tickets. Open the app and click on “Tickets and Passes.” You should see a “+” in the top right corner, and when you click on it, it should reveal a link titled “Link Tickets & Passes.” When you click that link, it will give you the option to scan the barcode of the ticket, or you can manually enter the 18-digit ID Number.
Sometimes I find with a number that long, I may have mistyped a digit or two, so it’s worth a second try. If this is still not working for you, let’s move to plan B. My suggestion is
contact the Disneyland Resort via phone, or use the handy “Chat with Us” feature within the app, so a friendly Cast Member can sprinkle some pixie-dust on it and resolve it with you.
Your visit is just around the corner and through Madame Leota’s crystal ball I see lots of magic awaiting you. I also see lots of Disney snacks! Maybe you’ll consider trying one of my favorites,
Mickey-shaped Beignets at the Mint Julep Bar. You can use
Mobile Ordering in advance to have a warm batch waiting for you as you complete an attraction nearby!
Alexander, I hope you have a terrific visit to the
Disneyland Resort. See ya real soon!
