    I want to get my tickets and Genie+ access on Sunday 4/10/22 which I’ve purchased from AAA so we can have access to our Genie+ feature on Monday morning. Is this a service the ticket center can provide? What are hours & driving directions?

    Hi Barb!  Welcome to planDisney.

    Oh boy!  Your Walt Disney World Resort vacation begins in just a few days!  I'm sure you must be so excited to take part in The World's Most Magical Celebration.  Let's get you all set and ready to dive right in!

    It sounds like you have already purchased your theme park tickets with Disney Genie+ service.  If you would like to pick up physical ticket cards, you can do this at any Guest Relations location or the Disney Ticket Center at Disney Springs.  The Disney Ticket Center is located in Town Center near the Disney Springs Welcome Center and is open from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM Sunday through Thursday and 10:00 AM to 10:30 PM on Friday and Saturday.  I have included driving directions and this interactive map of Disney Springs.  You can zoom in on the Town Center area on the map to see the Disney Springs Welcome Center -- the Disney Ticket Center is just steps away.  If you have a GPS-enabled device, simply enter "Disney Ticket Center" for driving directions and follow the well-marked roadways to Disney Springs.  I recommend parking in the Lime Garage.  The Orange Garage is also nearby.  Did you know, you can view a map and get transit and walking directions in the My Disney Experience mobile app?  Use the magnifying glass icon at the bottom of the home screen and type in your destination, then choose "Find on Map" or "Get Directions".

    Barb, I would also like to let you know that if you have linked your tickets to your My Disney Experience account, you will already be all set to use Disney Genie+ service first thing at 7:00 am on Monday morning -- no extra step is required.  You can then use a MagicBand if you have one to scan into the park or pick up a ticket card on your way in that morning.  You can even bypass Guest Relations or the Disney Ticket Center entirely by setting up Disney MagicMobile passes on your mobile device and saving them to your digital wallet.
