Ahoy, Barbara!
Welcome aboard the Disney Parks Moms Panel! It sounds like you're preparing to set sail on a DREAM-y voyage to paradise! Captain Mickey has so many fun activities planned for your family! My family looks forward to the Character Meet and Greets, delicious food, Broadway-style shows and days at sea during each of our Disney Cruises.
Meeting Elsa and Anna will be so exciting! They will have traveled all the way from Arendelle to meet Guests aboard Disney Cruise Line, so it's great you're asking how to grab tickets in advance to this royal event; you won't want to miss out! You will be able to
begin booking special ticketed events, such as the Frozen Meet and Greet and the Princess Gathering, once your advance booking window opens. (For first-time cruisers, it's 75 days prior to the cruise setting sail.) Other activities you'll be able to book once your advance booking window opens are Port Adventures, services at Senses Spa & Salon and adult-only dining.
When it's time to schedule activities, sign in to
"My Reservations" and then "View or Add Activities" under "My Cruise Activities". You can then choose the day of your cruise you'd like to reserve your activities! If there aren't any tickets available for the Frozen Meet and Greet, don't give up hope! Keep checking online because Guests change their plans often and tickets might become available! If you still aren't able to reserve tickets by your sail date, stop by the Guest Services desk the afternoon you board the ship and check if they have available tickets or a wait list you can add your family's name to.
Barbara, I'm sending you tons of pixie dust in the hopes you're able to reserve advance tickets to meet Elsa and Anna!
