tickets that expired due to park closer

Hi there, Elidia! Welcome to planDisney.

All of us here at planDisney were so, SO excited when we heard about the Disneyland Resort's long-awaited reopening. I'm so excited for all the California residents who get to visit The Happiest Place on Earth "for the first time in forever!"

Many Guests were unable to use tickets during the closure of the Disneyland Resort. If you take a look at the Theme Park Tickets & Reservations page, and scroll down to "Modifications and Cancellations," you will find a list of theme park ticket types and, where applicable, their extended expiration dates. If you don't see your ticket type, you'll need to call (714) 781-4636 and speak with a friendly Cast Member. They will be able to provide you with your options for planning a future visit.

When you're ready to plan your visit, be sure to see the Returning to a Land of Magic page for all the details about the phased reopening of the Disneyland Resort. Currently, Guests must be California residents, and they must also have Theme Park Reservations. I recommend reading the Disney Parks Blog for news and updates so you can be aware of any operational changes.

Thanks for stopping by planDisney, Elidia! Please come back and see us if you have any further questions as you plan your visit.

    Happy Disney dreaming!
