Hey Maria!
Welcome to
planDisney!
I am sorry to hear that you were not able to use your tickets before the theme park closures. As you mentioned, once the theme parks reopened the expiration date for most non-promotional tickets that expired at the end of 2020 or early 2021 were
extended through December 16, 2021. At this time, the Disneyland Resort has not announced any plans to further extend the expiration date on tickets.
Theme park reservations in December have been really tight. I do recommend continuing to check theme park reservations as I have seen days open up within the past week. If your tickets end up expiring before December 16th, you will be able to receive the value paid towards the purchase of new tickets. Once you are ready to purchase new tickets you can take your expired tickets to one of the ticket booths in the Esplanade between Disneyland Park and Disney California Adventure Park. A cast member will be happy to assist you and you’ll just need to pay any price differences at that time.
Well Maria, if you have any more questions you know where to find us!
Remember, always believe in the Magic!
