Greetings Eleyana!
Thank you so much for your wonderful question and welcome to planDisney!
So far, the
Disneyland Resort has announced expiration date extensions for a few different promotional theme park ticket types including Southern California Resident Tickets, Canada Resident Tickets and 2020 Military Salute Tickets. Please check the Disneyland Resort
website for more information about the new ticket expiration dates for these promotional ticket offers. Non-promotional single day tickets that expire on March 31, 2021 will have the expiration date extended to December 16, 2021. Wholly unused, non-promotional multi-day tickets that expire on January 12, 2021 or April 13, 2021 will have the expiration date extended to December 16, 2021. And, the ticket will expire 13 days after first use or on December 16, 2021, whichever occurs first.
If your ticket type has not been extended and you're unable to visit before expiration, don't worry! According to
eTicket Terms & Conditions, unless otherwise stated, the amount paid for any wholly unused, expired Disneyland Resort theme park ticket (with the exception of Special Event Tickets) may be applied towards the purchase of a new theme park admission ticket at the current price. The new ticket purchase price must be equal to or greater than the amount paid for the original ticket. When you’re ready to visit, simply go to a Main Entrance ticket booth and, ask a Cast Member to apply your eligible ticket amount towards a new ticket purchase.
If you have any additional questions, please reach out to Ticket Services at (714) 781-4636. A Cast Member would be happy to assist you further.
Thanks for stopping by planDisney! Please be sure to bring us more questions in the future!
