Andre from MI Asked Please note that experiences, policies, pricing and other offerings are subject to change and may have changed since the date of this answer.

My Tickets expire in September(2021), Can I extend the usage time to September (2022)of next year? We would like to visit in May or June 2022.

Hiya, Andre. Good question! We want to make sure you’re all set to experience a magical vacation. Let’s dig right in.

As you might imagine, the pandemic caused quite a stir for folks who had vacations planned last year. As a result, there is a relaxed policy in place to address tickets. It sounds like your existing tickets remain wholly unused. If that is the case, the good news is that you can apply the value of those tickets to new tickets for a future date. Making this update should be a fairly simple and straightforward process, but you’ll need to call the number for Existing Tickets at the Disney Reservation Center

Once you’ve got your ticket issue resolved, I’d recommend making a theme park reservation. Given current capacity limitations, it’s important to remember that Guests need both tickets and a reservation in order to enter a theme park. It’s best to secure those park reservations as soon as you settle on a date for your visit.

I sure hope that helps, Andre. I’m wishing you a speedy resolution and a magical trip!
