Hello, if your tickets expire is there any way to reissue them? I have tickets 2 days 1 park but with my job and my boyfriend being immune compromised it has not been safe for us to attend the parks.

    Hi Nicole, welcome to planDisney!

I completely understand your safety concern and totally get that life can get busy. I do want to mention that the Disneyland Resort has been continuously monitoring the health and safety conditions throughout the resort, and have been adapting guidelines as necessary. For the latest news on what you can expect, please take a look at this website!

But back to your main question, I have GOOD NEWS! Even if your tickets happen to expire, don't worry, Mickey and his Pals have you covered. Per Disney's eTicket Terms & Conditions, any wholly unused, expired Disneyland Resort theme park tickets (except for special event tickets or tickets purchased from a third party), can be applied towards the purchase of a new theme park ticket in equal or greater value to what was paid for the original ticket. So if your tickets expire, head on over to the Disneyland Resort Main Entrance Ticket Booths, and the Cast Members there can help! If it’s difficult to physically visit the parks, you can also try calling the Disneyland Resort Ticket Line at 714-781-4636!

I hope that helps, and if you have any further questions, please do visit us again!

    See ya real soon!
