Hey there, Roxy!
A very warm welcome to planDisney! Thanks for bringing such a great question our way!
Like me, I’m sure you are anxiously awaiting the announcement about when the Disneyland Resort theme parks may resume operations. I’m keeping my fingers crossed that we’ll be able to celebrate the
Holidays at the Disneyland Resort this year. But, if you’re unable to use your ticket before the stated expiration date, don’t worry! According to
eTicket Terms & Conditions, unless otherwise stated, the amount paid for any wholly unused, expired
Disneyland Resort theme park ticket (with the exception of Special Event Tickets) may be applied towards the purchase of a new theme park admission ticket at the current price. The new ticket purchase price must be equal to or greater than the amount paid for the original ticket. So, if your ticket expires before you have a chance to visit the Disneyland Resort, simply go to a Main Entrance ticket booth once the theme parks reopen to apply your eligible ticket amount towards a new ticket purchase.
Thanks for your question! Please come see us again with your future vacation planning questions! We’re all EARS!
