    My tickets expire on 12/19/2018, If I am not able to use them until after that date am I out the cost and have to by brand new?

    I'm excited to hear that you're planning a visit to the Walt Disney World Resort during the holidays this year! With so many exciting special events going on throughout the theme parks and Resort hotels for Christmas and New Year's Eve, you'll love soaking up all of the magic and fun during your visit!

    Hakuna Matata about your tickets...no worries! As long as your ticket has not yet been used at all, even if it expires, the value of your ticket may be applied to a new ticket, as long as the new ticket's price is the same or greater as the ticket you previously purchased. No refunds will be given, but you may simply pay the difference between the ticket you currently have and the new one you'd like to purchase. If, however, you've already used some of the days on your ticket, the original expiration date still stands. Hopefully you haven't used any days yet, and after a quick and easy ticket exchange, you'll be all set to visit the most magical place on earth!
