I am sorry you were unable to use your
Theme Park Ticket that you purchased. Mickey and his pals certainly missed you and hope you can visit again real soon!
If your Theme Park Ticket was purchased but never used, then you will be able to use the value of that ticket toward the purchase of a new ticket. However, if even one day of the ticket has been used, then the ticket will expire at the end of its
original date.
Your unused ticket will not show up in your My Disney Experience account, but if you
call a friendly Cast Member, they will be able to look up your ticket and apply the value toward your next purchase. If you have any information such as the confirmation number, credit card used, or date of purchase, that will certainly help to expedite the transaction. If your new ticket has a higher cost, you will be able to pay the difference. If the new ticket is less expensive, please note that you will not receive a credit for any remaining balance.
