Hello! We have tickets that expire on June 24, 2021 and can’t make it to the park by then, are these tickets included in the extended expiration. Ive read over the terms and can’t seem to find this information. Thank you for your help.

Welcome to planDisney!

We're about a week away from the phased reopening of the Disneyland Resort! Cast Members are excited to be back at work to make Magic for guests! They are also ensuring that enhanced health and safety measures are in place. The next time you visit may be different than your last, but rest assured that Mickey, Minnie and the rest of their pals will do their best to bring all the same fun to the parks.

I see you have some theme park tickets that will be expiring soon. I don’t see your tickets on the list of tickets that have been extended until December 16, 2021. Without actually seeing your tickets, it’s hard to say for sure if they have been extended or not. I recommend you call Ticket Services and they will be able to tell you the exact details of your tickets.

All tickets for Disneyland Park and Disney California Adventure Park are nonrefundable. If you are not able to use them before they expire, then the price paid for your wholly unused ticket can be applied toward the purchase of a new ticket.
