HI I have tickets and they are going to expire havent been able to use them become this virus can you do something about this ?

    Hiya, Kim!

Are you as eager as I am to step into the magic of the Disneyland Resort again? With theme park tickets in hand already, you are well on your way! Normally, you may use regular theme park tickets up until their final date of validity. For wholly unused multi-day tickets, that is usually up until the date printed on the ticket or until 13 days after the first day of use, whichever comes first. If you are unable to use your tickets before they expire, don’t worry. Your wholly unused tickets retain their original value, which can be applied toward the purchase of new, valid tickets. Simply visit one of the Main Entrance Ticket Booths (which are currently part of the temporary closure) to make this exchange, paying only the difference between the original ticket value and the current day price of the new ticket.

I also recommend checking the type of tickets you have. The Disneyland Resort has announced that select ticket types will have their expiration dates extended automatically. For example, the limited-time offer of SoCal Resident or Kids Everywhere Tickets will have their expiration dates extended through December 16, 2021. Yup, that is next year! A similar extension applies to 2020 Military Salute Tickets. (Note that a handful of blockout dates may apply to these expiration extensions.)

Tony’s Tip: You may go ahead and scan your theme park tickets into the Disneyland app. If the tickets are still valid, you may use the app to safely store an electronic version of your tickets until you are ready to use them at the theme parks if they open before the expiration date.

Are you thinking of visiting the theme parks soon after they reopen? (I know I am!) As the Disneyland Resort proceeds with a phased re-opening of the theme parks, Guests with both valid theme park admission and free park reservations will be able to visit on the day of their reservations. The reservation system is part of the planned policies and procedures to make your upcoming visit to the Disneyland Resort safe and Incredible. We don’t yet have details about the Disneyland Resort park reservation system. So be sure to keep an eye on the Disneyland Resort website and the Disney Parks Blog for the latest news and information.
