Hey there, Alyssa! Welcome to planDisney. We are so glad you've stopped by.
I hope you have plans to visit Disneyland Resort soon. The expiration of your ticket will depend on when you purchased your tickets. For example,
one-day tickets purchased today are valid through December 30, 2024. A multi-day ticket purchased must be used within 13 days of first use, or January 12, 2025, whichever happens first. If you have these tickets linked to the
Disneyland app, you can usually see the ticket's expiration date in the "Passes and Tickets" section under the ticket barcode.
If a ticket is a wholly unused, standard ticket you should be able to change the name. When you assigned a name to the ticket, that really is just for your convenience if you have multiple tickets. A ticket is not actually assigned to someone until they use and scan into the park for the first time. This is where a Cast Member will take a picture of the Guest and this is what assigns a ticket to a Guest. If you would like to change the name, just reach out to
Ticket Services or chat in the Disneyland app.
Alyssa, I hope you won't have to worry about a ticket getting close to expiration. There's so much to see and do in the parks for the
Disney100 Celebration right now. Thanks again for stopping by!
Carrie
