Hi Jacquelyn, and welcome to planDisney! Oh my Minnie ears, your Walt Disney World Resort vacation is less than a week away! Let's make sure your tickets are good to go so you can get back to the important stuff - like thinking about which attraction you want to ride first!
Okay, we'll need to fire up your
My Disney Experience account, either on the computer or through the
My Disney Experience app on your phone. I'll walk through finding your tickets' expiration dates using the app since I think it's a little quicker, but the steps on the computer are similar. Here we go!
Open the My Disney Experience app and look for the three little horizontal lines in the bottom right corner of your screen. Click there, and then on the tile that says "Tickets and Passes." You should see a box for each of your tickets with the name of the person assigned to it. The expiration date of that ticket will be in the little white banner at the bottom of the box. Hot dog! See how easy that was?
Since Disney now uses date-based ticket pricing, your tickets will have a window in which you can use them. For example, a 3-Day ticket starts on the date you chose when you bought it, and all three days must be used within a five-day window. You can see all of the use windows on the
Tickets - Frequently Asked Questions page.
If you're having trouble finding your tickets in your account, you can always
call Disney's Guest Relations number and a Cast Member will be happy to lend a hand.
And Jacquelyn, don't forget that you need to make a
Disney Park Pass reservation for the parks you want to visit each day! You can check out the
Reservation Availability Calendar here to see which theme parks have reservations for a particular day.
I hope this helps you plan a magical Walt Disney World vacation, Jacquelyn. Please come see us again if you have any more questions!
Keep Disney Dreaming,
Kathy K.
