    I have tickets for Epcot at their Will-Call window. Where is this located?

    Welcome to planDisney Dawn!

    I am excited you are planning to visit EPCOT. Hopefully you plan to stay until dark when the magic really begins. Disney Harmonious is the new nighttime spectacular presented at World Showcase Lagoon. This show is complete with music, projections, fireworks and more. It is a perfect way to end a day of fun at EPCOT. 

    Picking up tickets at EPCOT is quick and easy. Have your confirmation email and your state ID handy and go to any ticket sales window or Guest Services just outside the gates of the park. A friendly Cast Member will be happy to assist you. There is a gate at EPCOT's main entrance (if you arrive by car, bus, or monorail) and also at the International Gateway entrance near World Showcase (if you arrive by Disney Skyliner or from Disney's Boardwalk area). Either entrance has wonderful Cast Members ready to help!  

    You can also access your tickets through Disney MagicMobile for paperless tickets. Just make sure your tickets are linked to your My Disney Experience account.
