Sandra from FL Asked Please note that experiences, policies, pricing and other offerings are subject to change and may have changed since the date of this answer.

We had tickets for Epcot for December 2023, but I had to change the date to January 26th, but we will be unable to go that date either. What happens with the tickets? Would I be able to use what I paid for the tickets to purchase other tickets?

    Hey there, Sandra!

Thanks for dropping by planDisney with your question! Life, just like magic, can be a bit unpredictable at times. Because of this, Walt Disney World Resort's theme park ticket policy is nearly as flexible as Elastigirl.

To change the date of your ticket before the 26th, you will need to log in to your My Disney Experience account. Once logged in, select 'My Plans' and then 'Tickets, Passes & Memory Maker'. You'll find this under the 'My Plans, Reservations and Tickets' heading. Locate your tickets, and then select 'Change Ticket.' If you are unsure of the date you plan to visit The Most Magical Place on Earth, you have the option of allowing your unused date-based ticket to lapse past the expiration date and apply the price in your account towards the purchase of a new ticket on a future date. If the new date for your ticket were to have a higher price point than your original, you would be responsible for paying the difference when making the change online; however, a credit or refund will not be issued in the event you select a new date with a lower ticket price.

If you are having difficulties or any questions arise during the process, a friendly Cast Member at the Existing Tickets line would be more than happy to help, Sandra. I do hope you have a chance to visit EPCOT soon, the newly unveiled transformation is more than just a figment of guests' imagination, so I can't wait for you to experience it yourself.

    Cheers to 2024,
    Lizzie
