When I by my tickets and get my e-mail confirmation, will I be able to arange the pastpass before I pick them up at the guest relations at Disney Springs? Will the guest id # be the same as in the confirmation e-mail?Thank you!

    Hello Rodrigo,

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel and thank you for asking us a question!

I can confirm that you don’t actually need physical Admission Cards or MagicBands in order to make your FastPass+ selections for your upcoming visit to Walt Disney World Resort. When you purchased your Theme Park Tickets online, the system should have asked you to associate each ticket to either your My Disney Experience account or that of someone included in your “My Family & Friends” list.

If you skipped that step, or it wasn’t available to you at the time of purchase, please go to the “My Plans” section of your My Disney Experience Account, and then click on the “link tickets” button (it should appear when you hover over the “Park Tickets” icon). Then, enter your email confirmation number and you should be good to go to link your Theme Park Tickets to the other members of your party.

Once everyone has valid Theme Park admission linked to their account, you should be good to go to make your party’s FastPass+ selections for your upcoming vacation. Please don’t forget, however, that you may need to stop at Guest Relations in order to activate your tickets prior to entering a Theme Park. Please refer to your confirmation email for more details.

    Have a Magical Day,
