    Hello. Are my tickets eligible for a refund?

    I am so sorry that you are not able to visit the HAPPIEST PLACE ON EARTH. Mickey Mouse and his pals wanted me to let you know that you will most definitely be missed. I want to let you know that Disneyland Theme Park Tickets are nonrefundable; however, please know you have several options with your tickets. First of all, please look at your expiration date on your tickets. You have a good window of time to reschedule a MAGICAL trip! If you are not able to visit before your tickets expire, I am very happy to share with you that the price you paid for your tickets can be used to purchase new tickets when you are able to visit. 

    I hope this information is helpful in planning your next trip to the Disneyland Resort. As you know, exciting announcements are being made all of the time, and we don't want you to miss a thing! That is why I highly recommend you follow Disneyland on all of its social media channels, and be sure to subscribe to The Disney Parks Blog for the most up-to-date Disney information.
