Hello there, Delaney!
Thank you for stopping by
planDisney with your question. Are you as excited as I am for Disneyland Park and Disney California Adventure Park to open again soon? My family can’t wait to get back to the magic this spring!
You may not be able to view your already-linked tickets under the “My Disneyland'' tab when logged into your account on
Disneyland.com, even though there is an option to link tickets there. Don’t worry-- if you linked them either online or in the app previously and you see them in the “Tickets and Passes” section of the
Disneyland app, they were properly linked and can be used to make a
theme park reservation. Keep in mind that until further notice, only California residents may enter the theme parks, per statewide health and safety restrictions.
On the home screen of the Disneyland app, there is a section labeled “Park Reservations.” Tap the “Manage or Make Reservations” link to get to the theme park reservations page (the same web page you’d be directed to if you accessed the system through
Disneyland.com instead). Tap “Book Theme Park Reservation'' to create your party. On the next screen, all your linked tickets should appear so you can select which tickets you want to use to create the reservation. If you have other concerns, you can call the ticket helpline at (714) 781-4636 to get help from a Cast Member.
I hope this answers your question, Delaney. Please stop by again if you need any more assistance as your pixie-dusted planning continues!
Wishing you magic,
Courtney
