Carin from CA Asked Please note that experiences, policies, pricing and other offerings are subject to change and may have changed since the date of this answer.

Hello! We have tickets to Disneyland on Saturday June 26. Two of our family members can no longer come, but two more can! Do we need to change the name on the ticket? If so, how do we do that?

    Hey Carin!

    Welcome to planDisney!

I couldn’t think of a better time than now to visit the Happiest Place on Earth! There are so many new things to experience at both Disneyland Park and Disney California Adventure Park. As Walt Disney said, “Disneyland will never be completed. It will continue to grow as long as there is imagination left in the world.” With the addition of Avengers Campus and many more projects on the horizon, it couldn’t be more true right now.

I hope you had a really good trip and I’m sorry that we couldn't get to your question sooner. As you probably found out, theme park tickets ate not actually assigned until you get to the turnstiles. Once a Cast Member scans your ticket, they will take your picture and assign the ticket. In the future, you can always call Ticket Services for any ticket related questions.

Well Carin, make sure to come back with more questions for your next trip!

Remember, always believe in the Magic!
