I have 2 tickets for Disneyland park on Saturday April 5, do I also have Park Reservation, I have tried to figure it out on my own. But just need to verify as it’s mt birthday and coming from Arizona . I need to make sure we are all set

    Happy Birthday, Theresa!

Wow, what a wonderful way to ring in another year. I can't think of anything more magical than making some unforgettable memories at Disneyland for your special day! My family and I have spent a few birthdays at the Happiest Place on Earth, so I'm excited to help answer your question today.

If you purchased your theme park tickets on the Disneyland website, you likely made your theme park reservations as part of the check-out process. I know this can sometimes be a bit confusing, so let's double-check. The easiest way to see if those reservations are secured is to head into the Disneyland App, tap the three-line icon in the bottom right-hand corner, and select "Future Plans". Here, you should see any upcoming theme park reservations linked to any tickets in your account. If not, let's make sure that your tickets are properly linked. Head back to the three-line icon and select "My Tickets & Passes" and scroll to the left to (hopefully) view both of your tickets for this weekend. If, for some reason, the tickets aren't showing, tap the "+" in the top right-hand corner and select "Link Tickets & Passes" followed by "Type ID". Pull up your email purchase confirmation and locate your "Ticket Confirmation Number". Head back to the app and type it in manually to link your tickets. Once they are safely in your account, check the "Future Plans" section again to see if those reservations are there.

If for some reason there are no reservations linked to your tickets, tap the "+" along the bottom navigation bar in the app and select "Make a Park Reservation". With your tickets linked properly, just follow the steps to secure those reservations. As of this morning, it looks like there is availability for this coming Saturday, but I would recommend locking those in sooner rather than later as we are in spring break season.

Ok, Theresa, now that we've gotten those logistics in place, let's have some fun! As soon as you enter the parks, you will want to get a complimentary, personalized birthday button, available at City Hall or at most merchandise locations. Just ask a friendly Cast Member and they will be happy to point you in the right direction. You will be showered with well wishes throughout the day and you never know what pixie dust may follow! If you've added Lightning Lane Multi Pass to your tickets, don't forget that it includes unlimited digital downloads of all the PhotoPass photos you take that day, so you can really capture those birthday memories!

Theresa, I wish you a magical birthday! If you have any more questions, you know where to find us here at planDisney.

    See ya real soon,
    Tara
