    I got the tickets for the Disneyland Heroes Ticket offer. I am a Registered Nurse working for the LA county and worked through the fires. Is there a possibility that I will get denied at entrance since I'm a nurse and not a firefighter?

    Hello, Jed,

    Thank you for your heroic service during the LA fires in January. Your contributions mean a lot to the millions of people in the area, including many of my friends and family.

    Supporting the community during the 2025 LA fires required professionals from a variety of fields. I'm grateful the Disneyland Resort recognizes the bravery and dedication of not only the firefighters, but also public safety officials, emergency medical technicians, and many from other departments who provided mutual aid assistance. Guests registering for the complimentary Heroes Ticket affirm eligibility and include their qualifying government or department email address on the Heroes Ticket Form. Don't forget to make required theme park reservations!

    Qualifying participants of the Heroes Ticket program must present their department-issued ID card or badge at the time of admission. Information sent to participating departments in April 2025 may include clarifications for eligibility and verification. I recommend contacting your department leadership for more details specific to how members of your department are expected to verify eligibility.

    Thanks again for your contributions, Jed. What a special treat it is to enjoy the Heroes Ticket offer during the Disneyland Resort's 70th Anniversary Celebration. For your dedication and support, I think you deserve to treat yourself to something special. I recommend the 70th Stuff from Red Rose Taverne. It really is delicious!
