Hi there, Tim!
I’m sorry to hear that someone won’t be able to make it on this visit to the Disneyland Resort. I hope they get another chance to go soon!
Disneyland Resort
theme park tickets are nonrefundable. But that doesn’t mean you can’t get some magic from your extra ticket. As long as the ticket has not yet been used and if there is someone else that is available to go along with your family that would be great! If you don’t have time to call the
Tickets phone line to ask about changing the name on the ticket, that’s OK. As long as you remember who uses which ticket, you’ll be fine. The Disneyland Resort will know who is using the ticket by the photograph that will be digitally linked to it at the park entrance rather than by the name indicated when the ticket was purchased.
If you don’t happen to have another Guest to go along with you this time, the wholly unused ticket can be used at a later date. Simply cancel the associated
theme park reservation and book another reservation for another date for which the ticket is valid. If by chance the ticket was to expire before you can use it, the price paid for a wholly unused standard theme park ticket can usually be applied toward the purchase of another ticket of equal or greater value.
I hope you and your family have a magical time at the Disneyland Resort, Tim!
