Hello there, Debbie!
Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel. I’m glad you are working out your digital experience for your visit to the Disneyland Resort. The
Disneyland app is the perfect hub for that experience. It’s great for making and reviewing
dining reservations, checking
attraction wait times, locating your favorite
Disney characters, and more. The Disneyland app is also the perfect place to access your Disneyland
theme park tickets.
If you purchased
Disney eTickets online, make sure you are logged into the same Disney account on the Disneyland app as you used when you purchased the tickets. If your tickets are still not showing or if you are using a different account on the app, you may link your tickets in the app. To do so, tap the menu icon (three short, horizontal lines) on the lower right-hand corner of the app. Then select “Tickets and Passes.” In the ticket screen, tap the “+” icon in the upper right-hand corner of the screen, then select “Link Tickets & Passes.” Scan your ticket or eTicket barcode with the camera on your mobile device. Or you may manually enter the ticket ID number. Later, access your tickets through the “Tickets and Passes” screen from the menu or from the home screen under “My Tickets.”
Tony’s Tip: Be sure to download the free
Play Disney Parks app as well. It’s a great way to pass the time while waiting in attraction queues. It also includes the amazing
Star Wars: Datapad. You can use the Datapad to help you live your own Star Wars story when you visit
Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge.
I hope you have a magical time at the Happiest Place on Earth, Debbie!
