Hi Kya! Thanks for bringing your question to planDisney.
It is possible during popular times for parks and dates to fill up, which I know can be very disappointing. Hopefully, that's not the case here! Let's see if we can't figure it out for you.
Currently,
admission tickets purchased directly from Disneyland Resort require that you select a
theme park reservation at the time of your transaction. If you selected a day and park at the time of purchase, you should be good to go. However, earlier this year, tickets could be purchased from Disneyland Resort without making a theme park reservation, so depending on when you purchased your tickets, it is possible you don't have an existing theme park reservation.
I can walk you through how to check. Existing reservations can be located on the
Disneyland mobile app by clicking the three-bar menu at the bottom right side of the app. This will bring up a series of tiles. Select "Future Plans" and theme park reservations should appear there along with any other reservations you've made. You can also check online by hovering over "My Disneyland" and selecting "My Plans." Theme park reservations,
hotel reservations,
dining reservations, and any
Enchanting Extras you've booked will appear on this page.
If you don't have a theme park reservation, keep checking your dates and preferred park by using the
theme park reservation availability calendar. People's plans change, which means dates and parks can open up if you watch carefully.
I hope this helps. Good luck!
Elizabeth
