My tickets have disappeared from my app but my reservations is still showing.

    Hi Candias! Welcome to planDisney!

Technology can be our best friends at times, but mishaps like this, unfortunately, occur from time to time. Let's try to get to the bottom of this and troubleshoot some ideas to help you rediscover your missing tickets.

First, I suggest logging into your My Disney Experience account using a web browser on your computer. You mentioned that you noticed them missing by using the My Disney Experience App on your mobile device. This will be another way of double-checking whether or not they are actually there. Once you sign in, scroll down toward the bottom of the page until you get to "My Plans, Reservations, and Tickets". Click on "Tickets & Memory Maker" to view your tickets. If you see them there, then the issue might lie in the app itself. I suggest closing out the app and reopening it to see if they reappear. If you do not see your tickets listed but your park reservations are, then I suggest scrolling back up to the top of the screen and selecting "Park Tickets". Click on "Link Tickets" and re-enter your Ticket ID Code to see if they connect back to your account.

If all fails and your tickets are not showing back up, your best bet will be to call the Existing Tickets line and speak to a Cast Member for assistance. They will be able to pull up your account and get to the bottom of the issue. This sounds like a glitch to me, since your park reservations are still showing and it is just the tickets you cannot view. This should be a simple tweak on their end.

Candias, once you get this all squared away, you can focus your attention on your upcoming trip, which is only a month away. I'm excited that you will be there to possibly experience the brand new attraction opening in EPCOT at the end of this month. Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind is a highly anticipated new coaster that debuts on May 27th and has already received rave reviews from Annual Passholders that have been lucky enough to preview the attraction. This attraction is using a Virtual Queue system when it opens, so you'll need to plan ahead to get a boarding group on your park day in order to ride it.

I hope you have a magical time on your trip, Candias! Have the best time being part of the World's Most Magical Celebration!

    See ya real soon!
