Hi, Katy!
Thank you for sending your question to
planDisney. Are you excited for Disneyland Park and Disney California Adventure Park to welcome back Guests soon? I sure am!
The length and location of
theme park ticket ID numbers varies based on ticket type, and the ticket number entry field doesn’t limit the number of digits that can be entered, although you may have seen an example graphic depicting a ticket with only 16 numbers. Please visit
Disneyland.com to enter your ID number in the box provided.
You can also use the
Disneyland mobile app to link your tickets by tapping on the icon in the lower right corner of the app that looks like three horizontal lines. Select "Tickets and Passes" near the corner of your screen to check if any tickets are already linked to your account. Tap the plus symbol near the top right of this screen, then tap “Link Tickets & Passes.” You can enter the number manually or scan the bar code for each ticket with your smartphone’s camera. If you follow these steps and are still unable to link your tickets and make a
theme park reservation, I recommend calling the resort’s ticket helpline at (714) 781-4636 to speak with a Cast Member who can assist you further.
I hope this answers your question, Katy. Please stop by again as you prepare for your visit to the Happiest Place on Earth!
Wishing you magic,
Courtney
