Francielli from CT Asked Please note that experiences, policies, pricing and other offerings are subject to change and may have changed since the date of this answer.

Hello! I have 2 tickets that I didn’t use, how can I use my tickets? I can’t reschedule then on the app.

Hi there Francielli! Welcome to planDisney. Thanks for sending your question to us, and I'd be happy to help with your tickets.

The wonderful thing about Walt Disney World theme park admission is that it never loses value. If you know the dates of your next visit, you can easily modify the tickets you purchased, and if you don't, Hakuna Matata! The amount paid for a wholly unused ticket can be applied to any ticket purchase in the future. It sounds like you know when you will be traveling next, so all you'll need to do is change the start date for your tickets.

To modify the date of your tickets, you'll need to use the web version of My Disney Experience; unfortunately, this task cannot be completed on the My Disney Experience Mobile App. Once you're in your account, click on "My Plans" and then "Tickets & Memory Maker." Find the tickets you would like to move and select the "Modify" option on the right. From here you will be able to choose a new start date for your tickets and pay any increases in price that may result from the modification.

I hope this works out and you can start fine-tuning your next trip as soon as possible. Don't forget to make those Disney Park Pass reservations for your new dates, and if there is anything else we can do as your adventure approaches, stop by and see us again.

TTFN - ta ta for now!

Greetings! I'm Betsy, a middle school teacher, wife, and mom of two. My family and I love to travel the world, but our best memories are those made when we're visiting Walt Disney World or Disneyland Resort.
