    How are tickets delivered if purchased on the app?

    Hello Brandon!

    Thanks for visiting the Disney Parks Moms Panel! Once you have purchased Walt Disney World theme park tickets, then make sure they are linked to your My Disney Experience account (which if you are logged into on the app, they should link automatically).

    When your ticket has been linked to your Disney account, and you have matched the ticket to yourself, all you have to do is go to the theme park or water park, touch your MagicBand or card to the touch point at the Main Entrance and enjoy your visit! If your visit is approaching quickly and don't have time to receive them, then you can pick up your MagicBand at check-in if you're staying at a Walt Disney World Resort hotel. If not, then you can also stop by Guest Services at any of the theme parks, water parks, or Disney Springs to pick up a card.
