I had tickets (3day pass) a couple days before Disneyland closed down due to COVID19 and then was exchanged tickets for back to back days and had to go before May of 2022. I do not want to go back to back days how can I change these?

    Hello Abigail,

Welcome to planDisney, we’re so happy to hear from you! Thank you for being so patient, I know this past year has been interesting. The good thing is, Disneyland Resort has finally reopened and will be welcoming back all Guests on June 15, 2021. Yay! I can’t wait to start planning for my return but in the meantime, I’ll be happy to help you with your trip.

Multi-day tickets usually must be used within 13 days of the first use. It sounds like you have a multi-day ticket so you may be able to split your days this way. I recommend reading the back of your ticket for the ticket details. If you still have questions about your tickets, or would like to still upgrade your tickets, I recommend giving the Ticket Service line a call. Since I don’t know the specifics of your ticket, a Cast Member there will be able to better assist you.

Abigail, I hope this helps. Please let us know if there’s anything else we can do to help you prepare for your visit!

    Have a Magical Day!
