We have tickets for the Christmas party on 11/17/2024. We have 2 children under the age of 3 in our party. I know they don't need a ticket, but do I have to bring anything else for them to enter the park? Or do we just show our tickets?

Hey Howdy Hey Kayla and welcome to planDisney!

I bet you all are getting super excited about your trip coming up. Not only are you visiting the Most Magical Place on Earth, but getting in the Holiday spirit with Mickey's Verry Merry Christmas Party will be one to remember! Thank you for stopping by with your question about your 2 children under age 3 who will be attending the party with you. Having 3 kids of various ages, we did have to navigate this not too long ago so let's go over the details and some tips for having a merry old time with your favorite characters.

You are correct Kayla, children under the age of 3 do not need tickets to enter the parks. Typically you do not need any proof of age other than knowing their birthdays. When we did this with our girls, my daughter was 2 at the time and we had no issues getting into the park. Cast Members are trained to approximate ages of kids so you should not have any issues.

Your evening at this party is going to be amazing. There is so much to experience during your time in the parks you are going to want to make sure everyone is fresh and ready to go. If you can, make sure the kids take an afternoon nap or at least have a good bit of downtime before the party. You are allowed in the parks starting at 4:00 PM and it can be a good time to get some of the "must-do" attractions experienced before the party begins. Make sure to grab a map of all the free cookie stops as well as the schedule of the evening events. Most of all, enjoy the most Magical time of year in the Most Magical Place on Earth!

I hope you all have a Magical time on your upcoming trip. If you have any other questions let us know, we are always happy to help!
