Hiya Rick,
Welcome to planDisney! I’m so glad that you are planning a visit to the Most Magical Place on Earth this upcoming spring. We always love visiting in the spring before it gets too warm because it is the best time to enjoy
EPCOT International Flower and Garden Festival. Details for next year’s festival haven’t been released yet, but believe it or not, they typically release in the fall, so we are getting closer!
Before I start talking about topiaries and snacks, Rick, let’s chat about tickets for your Mouseketeers. One pro of Walt Disney World Resort theme park tickets is dynamic pricing. That means your tickets may be less expensive depending on the day you purchase them for. The con is that there isn’t one price I can share to answer your question. Price depends on the date, ticket type (park hopper, standard), and number of days. What I can do is point you to where you can find the current ticket prices for April so you can get the most accurate price. The Walt Disney World Resort website has a
webpage devoted to tickets. Once on the page, you can select the number of days, the month and day you plan to visit, and whether you want a park hopper. After that, you will see an option to select the number of tickets by age (10+ or 3-9). It will also show the ticket price before you add them to the cart. Note: If your child is under 3, they don’t need a theme park ticket to visit Walt Disney World Resort.
I hope this was helpful, Rick. Before I let you go, if you aren’t in a hurry to purchase tickets, can I recommend you wait? Historically, we see some deals and discounts for spring visits posted in the fall, which could be perfect for your trip dates (though no guarantees). I always like to see what the deals look like before I make my purchases, just in case (unless I really want to buy immediately). You can find deals on the
website or check out the
Disney Parks Blog for news about what is to come (including deals). If you need anything else, please come back and see us.
Happy Planning,
Ashley F.
