Welcome to Disney Parks Moms Panel, Sandra!
The price of tickets to
Walt Disney World depends on several factors, including the following details: time of year attending (peak season pricing may be higher for 1-Day tickets); number of days visiting (generally, price per day goes down the longer you stay); which park(s) you'll attend (1-Day Magic Kingdom ticket is higher than other three parks); and if you'd like to park hop (unlimited hopping among all four parks per day of ticket is an add-on option).
Theme Park Tickets can be customized to fit your needs; kids ages 3-9 are eligible for the child's rate, whereas those under age 3 do not need a ticket.
A 1-day child's Magic Kingdom Park ticket in early December 2016 is currently $104, but closer to Christmas and New Years Day, it is $118. At the time of this writing, ticket pricing is similar in 2017, as well. A 1-day child's ticket to Epcot, Disney's Hollywood Studios or Disney's Animal Kingdom Park is $96 ($108 peak season), whereas access to all 4 parks for one day is $154 ($158 peak season) with Park Hopper Option.
Multi-day tickets are valid for admission to any 1 of the 4 theme parks, so a 2-Day Ticket $190 ($245 with Park Hopper Option). If you go to a 3-Day Ticket, the cost is $272 ($327 with PHO). Compare that to the price of a 7-Day Ticket with admission to 1 park per day ($350) or the cost of a 7-Day Ticket with Park Hopper Option ($419), and you'll see that it pays to stay and play a little longer if you can do so. More time with Mickey! :-)
All pricing is subject to change at any time; plus, if you have purchased your tickets prior to a future price increase, your ticket will still be valid for entry according to the terms of purchase.
