Hello Adam,
As the current
UK-based Panelist here at planDisney, it really is my delight to welcome you here today. It's always such a pleasure for me to have the bibbidi-bobbidi-beautiful opportunity of assisting a fellow Guest from the United Kingdom.
Adam, of course, I can totally understand your valid concerns about the change of name of your already purchased, and successfully linked
Disney Theme Park Tickets within your
My Disney Experience account. Especially since you'd already gone ahead and secured your all-important
Disney Park Pass reservations for your September holiday at Walt Disney World Resort!
I'm glad to hear you've already contacted your booking company for clarification on the changes within your My Disney Experience. In the meantime whilst waiting for a response, it might be helpful for you to understand that some months ago, the
Walt Disney Travel Company updated our familiar UK-exclusive Ultimate Tickets, to the newly branded,
Magic Ticket.
And to further explain, the code "
PDS Special Offer Tickets" is often used in place of the older style Ultimate Tickets. However, it's been my experience, that this ticket update is usually a change in name only.
When thinking about the Disney Park Pass reservations that you'd carefully made for your holiday, my best advice would be to speak in person with a Cast Member who will be able to fully access your My Disney Experience account. Generally speaking, tech-savvy and super helpful Cast Members should be able to find a way forward in offering you some magical assistance!
To connect with a Cast Member, go ahead and dial the UK freephone number for
Technical and Website Support contained within this handy
Walt Disney World Resort Phone Directory.
Adam, I sincerely hope that I've been able to provide a little pixie-dusted insight for you today. If you should have any additional questions, then please don't hesitate to pop back to
me here at planDisney.
Have a great Disney day ~ Jane
