We have tickets but can't get a reservation for the dates 11/22-23/2021. We were planning to stay on-site and accompany our kids and grandkids. Can you help with this?

    Hello Thelma,

Thanks for bringing your question to planDisney. It's so wonderful to hear that you're planning a visit to the Disneyland Resort with your family!

While we planDisney panelists love to share our tips and suggestions for making your Disneyland Resort stay more magical, we're not with The Walt Disney Travel Company such that we can help book Disneyland Resort Hotel reservations for you. You can, however, easily book your Disneyland Resort Hotel reservation online

I did just take a quick peek in the online reservation booking tools, and at the moment it does appear that the Hotels of the Disneyland Resort do have some availability for the dates you have in mind. As Mickey would say, "Hot Diggity Dog!"

My suggestion would be to take a look at the Resort Hotel options that are available to you with the online booking tools. You could also call the Disneyland Resort Hotel Reservations team at (714) 956-6425 and speak with a Cast Member to get assistance with your booking. You might also want to take a look at one of the Disneyland Resort Good Neighbor Hotels.

I believe from your question that you're talking about Resort Hotel reservations, but in the event that you're referring to theme park reservations, my suggestion is to take a look at the Theme Park Reservation Availability calendar to check that the theme parks have reservations available for the dates you want to visit. You can then use the Theme Park Tickets & Reservations system to make your theme park reservations.

Thelma, here's wishing you a wonderful visit to the Disneyland Resort with your family.

Meet the Panelist: Jerry, Pennsylvania

The playful and creative optimism of all things Disney has enthralled me since I was a kid. I loved watching "The Wonderful World of Disney" on Sunday nights, seeing all the live-action and animated classics in theaters, and — of course — visiting "The Most Magical Place on Earth" for the first time 45 years ago. These days, the big kid in me still loves to play Disney. As a long-time Disney destinations vacationer, I'm looking forward to helping you play Disney starting here at planDisney!
